Cancellations & Rescheduling
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged.
Grace & Exceptions
I recognize that emergencies do happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. All policies are applied thoughtfully to maintain fairness and respect for everyone’s scheduled time. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds for services. Adjustments may be discussed within 7 days of your appointment if needed.
