Driven by passion, grounded by values

I’ve always been deeply passionate about education. Early in my career, I took every class I could whether it was online, in person, wherever I could learn. I believed that more knowledge would automatically bring clarity.

Instead, I found myself overwhelmed.

I knew how to do a lot of things, but I didn’t know how to simplify, niche down, or confidently decide what truly made sense for me behind the chair. I was trying to be everything for everyone, and even though my business was “successful,” my work started to feel repetitive and disconnected.

That’s when I slowed down and went back to the basics.

I realized I had confused myself by trying to be everything for everyone. When I slowed down and went back to the basics, everything changed.

I simplified my work, refined my services, and focused on techniques that actually make sense in real life. I believe great education creates clarity… not overwhelm… and helps you understand why, not just how.

My goal is to help stylists build confidence through simplicity and thoughtful, usable education.
